since their introduction in 1925 when a Swiss engineer
successfully "turbo charged" an engine and
gained an incredible boost in power. Since that day,
turbo chargers have threaded their way into the mainstream

emission regulations, helped turbo chargers evolve from
a luxury to an almost necessity. This increase in demand
soon made turbo chargers more affordable to the masses
and the turbo charger phenomenon was a permanent fixture
in the automotive and aeronautical industries.
